Common parsley also called flat parsley is one of the most fragrant varieties. This biennial plant of the Apiaceae family is very vigorous and fast growing. This plant is a staple in the garden.

The leaves are eaten fresh in many dishes. To accompany meats, vegetables, in salads, to season cream-based sauces. Pick the leaves as needed. If you don't want it to go to seed, cut all the leaves regularly. If you let it go to seed the plant will reseed itself.
